Terms of service
These terms cover your use of tefydigital.com and its free tools. Paid work is governed by the separate proposal or statement of work you sign with us, which takes priority over these terms.
1. Using the site
You may use the site, the assessment and the assistant for your own business planning. Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the site, or use the assistant to generate harmful or unlawful content.
2. Prices and proposals
Prices on the site are in Canadian dollars (CAD), exclude applicable taxes, and are starting points. A quote is only binding once it is set out in a signed proposal or statement of work.
3. The assessment and the AI assistant
Assessment results and assistant answers are general guidance based on the information you provide. They are not professional, legal or financial advice and are not an offer. The assistant can make mistakes; check anything important with our team.
4. Bookings
A fit call is free and carries no obligation on either side. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
5. Intellectual property
The site's content, design and code belong to TEFY Digital. Ownership of client work is set out in each project agreement; by default, clients own the code and content we deliver once paid for.
6. Third-party links
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, TEFY Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its free tools.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
